Company culture, work satisfaction, promotion are not good. It's promoter run company who like to involve himself in every minute decision hence no authority & job learning you will get.

Job security because people often leave this company so they cannot afford kicking out existing one.

Pathetic company. No growth neither skill development or compensation wise.They just have a good office space but worst work culture. Partial behaviour.

Genuinely concerned about the loyal employees and the job security. Team culture differs by department. Festival celebrations. Leave benifits.

Dislikes

Work life balance is average or for lawyer it's none. No flexibility to work from home and anywhere is the biggest cons. Salaries are not as per industry standards for all. No automation in the process and no digitization of documents. Micromanagement by some seniors is the biggest flows.

Micro managing, No training or development programs, , no appraisal discussions, no accountability, egoistic and frustrated staff with nothing to look forward to. Doing the same work from fresher level to managerial level.

Discrimination between lawyers and non lawyers, divisive policies, business professionals have no say in the firms policy, no increment with promotions, hr is toothless and does what the promoters ask.
