...aunting on your personal things For this management supports to the manager.... They had started cost cutting by cutting salary of employees... Only 3 late markes are allowed but after that they will cut your salary.. It's been long they have not processed the FNF.. HR will never reply on your email. Work life balance is poor.. They play with your Mental health as you are on NP. Targets never achieved by them and put blame on isales. They treat employees as servant and keep taunting about personal things. Salary : don't expect anything , they say average is 10-15% but believe me its hardly 2 %. Even if you work hard day and night No use , don't expect the work to get translated into an appraisal.

As an employee very less growth in learning or updating skills, poor salary structure, they have not given FNF of many ex employees. Sales incentives never been paid and it’s added in variables, so we get less in hand salary. As it’s their idea of hike in incentives but not in hand salary. Also if you are late at work they cut the salary of employees.

Leave encashment is not possible in this company. You submit claim, but they never release payment. So better use all used leaves before end of year. Company is good at cheating employees. Employees must follow company policies, but company will not.

...rk than cyret employees. Environment is pathetic. No work culture no learning. Only sit on desk and do nothing and take home salary.

There is no team. Hardly few people work there. Only khayali pulao about salary and appraisal. People are not getting appraisal even after completing 2 years. I dont know why do people are still working there. No caffeteria. Nothing to eat. No employe benefit.
