...d we'll get it by the end of June but till now there has been no email about it. If a person who wishes to quit, they'll threaten you that they'll hold onto your salary. No Professionalism in managers and so the teams are growing that way

HR management is good, good training and learning.

Dislikes

Few Directors are good personality, but few are disaterous, they are selfish who thinks layng off is the best policy instead of solving problem, if you are going with good name and thinking there job secuirty but there is not, but there is good training and for learning, saturday works and stay backs every day!!

My managers are very nice. Glad that I was on our team.

Poor management. Bias. Seems like the management is favoring employees from another country over the other. There are some managers that are very hard to reach out to and will not respond to you unless it is your manager to follow up with them. We were to get the double incentives in March, that was changed, and said we'll get it every end of the month starting June until August but it seems like we are always begging them to give it to us on time. This month we are supposed to get the 2nd portion of the incentives last July 31 however, payroll said they will just give it together with our next paycheck.

Cynet health is the best place and my best experience when it comes to company culture. Cynet always think about employees first, fair policies and appraisal system. I really like the management and Policies here, they are transparent and offers great opportunities to grow. In 10 yrs, when i actually look at my growth and people around me, it feels amazing. We are amongst the best US staffing 25 fast growing companies in USA.
