Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

As service based company, you will get chance to work with multi domain and different clients. I am not able to give any insight about work culture at Cyient as I worked in client office. Managers are pretty chilled as long as there is billing and good feedback from client. Health insurance is good, it has option to add parents and inlaws as dependent for medical coverage by paying additional premium, which is good in my opinion.

Cyient is a great platform for anyone especially the new starters. Cyient has wide range of Oppertunities within company so your job security is high. Cyient is excellent proven professional company when it comes to diversity. Gender discrimination is highly intolerable. Women who want to grow while handling home, THE BEST COMPANY ever which always be proud of mom's coming back and joining them. The motivation my company gave me lead to the position where I am today. PAY. The only issue. Talent is encouraged but not been rewarded in pay. Also nothing comes for FREE in cyient. No free food, no tea machines, not even and child care within company premises.

No job security Company is about to bankrupt. Company is not having projects and putting employees on bench and then termination. If you have 2 offer letter keep Cyient as 2nd and if you have 10 offer letter keep Cyient as 10th option.
