They didn't care about ex-employees and they won't pay full and final settlement after resignation, which means they give only some amount not the total amount. reliving and experience letter was late like it takes 5 months from the date of resignation. they don't respond to ex-employees for the experience letters and amount settlement.

...employees is less.interactions with team members are supportive and encouraging.incentive and compensation are good, i am very much satisfied with it.

Career growth is slow.no chance to learn other projects within the company.

...eally good.But we don't scope for learning and development. Aprraisals are fair.they give Good salary. Hike and bonus we are not getting very high. Just 6 -13 % of salary

Salary is decent but Career growth is slow. Notice period duration is 3 months. This is long gap to get another new job. If you got selected to any other Company. They will give maximum time to join is 2 months. But in my company will not release before 3 months

Likes

Top level management is good but middle level is terrible. They just get stagnated, neither they update themselves nor they allow juniors to do so. Huge cafeteria, good ground to relax a bit are the positives.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities instead of performing well and certifications. Well known for its poor compensation structure. Insensible HR practices creates disputes among the associates

The department I work has a healthy environment. Company encourages you to learn whole new ranges of skills. Good company to enhance your knowledge, seniors are very easy to work with.

Dislikes

The client we work with are US based, so sometime we have stretch to meet client meetings, little less work life balance. Second thing is company good to gain experience, one should not expect high compensation & benefits.
