As service based company, you will get chance to work with multi domain and different clients. I am not able to give any insight about work culture at Cyient as I worked in client office. Managers are pretty chilled as long as there is billing and good feedback from client. Health insurance is good, it has option to add parents and inlaws as dependent for medical coverage by paying additional premium, which is good in my opinion.

Dislikes

...cation from Cyient except timesheet filling and leaves are taken in every month. No much career growth and compensation correction every year.

Likes

Cyient is a great platform for anyone especially the new starters. Cyient has wide range of Oppertunities within company so your job security is high. Cyient is excellent proven professional company when it comes to diversity. Gender discrimination is highly intolerable. Women who want to grow while handling home, THE BEST COMPANY ever which always be proud of mom's coming back and joining them. The motivation my company gave me lead to the position where I am today. I am a proud CYIENTIST.

Dislikes

PAY. The only issue. Talent is encouraged but not been rewarded in pay. Also nothing comes for FREE in cyient. No free food, no tea machines, not even and child care within company premises.

Likes

Top level management is good but middle level is terrible. They just get stagnated, neither they update themselves nor they allow juniors to do so. Huge cafeteria, good ground to relax a bit are the positives.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities instead of performing well and certifications. Well known for its poor compensation structure. Insensible HR practices creates disputes among the associates

On time salary_ I know great companies pay on time. But this is the only great thing I can write about.

A very insensitive Hr culture. Below average hr workforce, seemingly unqualified and pathetic. As an employee, you can never get a listening ear.There were instances where most of us doubted the sanity of the Hr managers, senior managers and higher ups. These people have been there for decades. Probably they cannot go anywhere else; they will remain unemplyed if they leave Cyient.And I have tried to be as objective as possible in my comments. In advanced countries such people can be easily arrested and prosecuted for harassment but in India they roam scott free and earn their monthly salaries. Shame.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

Dislikes

...any, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything.
