...ey made), Lots and lots of politics, Neglience shown owards employee requests. Advise: If u wanna switch temporarily for a pay scale try this company and get rid within a year and look for another job. Thet'll make hell lot of promises dont trust them . My colleague was brainwashed and stopped from getting a good offer instead he chose this and later his career ended within short span and they asked him to put papers or fire him.

No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

Dislikes

No job security Company is about to bankrupt. Company is not having projects and putting employees on bench and then termination. If you have 2 offer letter keep Cyient as 2nd and if you have 10 offer letter keep Cyient as 10th option.

As service based company, you will get chance to work with multi domain and different clients. I am not able to give any insight about work culture at Cyient as I worked in client office. Managers are pretty chilled as long as there is billing and good feedback from client. Health insurance is good, it has option to add parents and inlaws as dependent for medical coverage by paying additional premium, which is good in my opinion.
