Great place to work, next day at work was always excited for me. Scope of learning and challenges at work is the X Factor given to me.

Compensation & Benefits is a worrisome factor, you will always feel that you are paid less compared to others in the market. There are multiple people who have been in the organization since decades, might be difficult to handle them at times

Work from home in general, good people to work with.

No growth, no work life balance, highly stressful, no support system, no appraisals, bad compensation plan for variable, focus on increasing profit by exploiting employee compensations, unrealistic goals.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.
