2- Lab facility planning , testing procedure before product testing & procurement

3- DVP monitoring ,schedule on check ,CAPA

4- Complaince of external audit , ie IATF etc

5- lab expenses monitoring & control as per budget

6- New capax planning & , old equipment scrap

7-review on man ,machine for full utilizationn

8 skill upgradation of lab team

9- timely test plan & test report submission & meeting customer timeline

10 EMI/EMC testing planning ,setup at out side lab /Internal lab & failure diagnosis

11-electrical testing ,resource planning & arrangement & specs compliance

12 planning of out side testing with support third party lab
