The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.

...e will not find projects within two months. So job security is the main concern. Salary for existing experienced employee is less compared to new hire.

...t comes company will force us to relocate.. Poor HR team effort and support.. Salary will be blocked for their IT issue.. I would have stayed in my old company itself than jumping here for good offer..

Nothing is likely in Cyient, nothing works as per standard in Cyient. Worst company please never join if you are not offered good salary.

No promotion No professionalism Pathetic salary deduction in the name of medical and LIC. Worst pay policy Worst leave policy They buy employees from different different small companies and make feel them slave. Management is don’t even care about you. No increments even if you beg for it with good performance.
