Project goes off suddenly.. recruted for a position at Bangalore location.. But when project got hold.. They're transferring to other Project at Hyderabad.. No guarantee and peace in working.. If other project comes company will force us to relocate.. Poor HR team effort and support.. Salary will be blocked for their IT issue.. offshore managers asusaual thinks employees as working machine, They never know your skills, expertise. All they want is billing hours, so they will engage in whatever work at present they have in hand. Poor managers!!!

Billing is the main issue, if you are not in project means you out of the company after 2 months. We will not find projects within two months. So job security is the main concern. Salary for existing experienced employee is less compared to new hire.
