...respect at the main gate. Forget you have a family and start becoming a slave. You will be having project spoc not to give subject knowledge they will make you learn how to pamper managers & contribute some part of your salary for his sake and bribes to your line manager. For the world, it is a good place to work but the truth is they will put some spoc's to fill your CSAT and company surveys.

Cyient is good company to work, they recognise effort and talent and they can give trainings and encouragement to employees. Managers and team lead always ready to help.

Dislikes

Salary is not upto expectations , and bothered about the getting promotions.

If come and complete tasks assigned to you and leave the workspace will not give your carrier growth here. Have to pamper your manager for carrier growth and good hikes. The main point was here caste was first all are next.

Teams are very supportive. Work environment is also good. The most exciting thing about it is its timing. Your job is secure and you have plenty of work to do thereafter completing your shift. Great place to start your career in GIS. Overall its a great experience to work there. Employee re-hire policy is also a great feature of it.

Compensation is descent but slow growth.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike is slow and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years completed and some personal problems I resign. Work heavy and overtime duties and also shifts problem to ladies.
