Ontime salary Work life balance Keep it as last option

Dislikes

No job security Company is about to bankrupt. Company is not having projects and putting employees on bench and then termination. If you have 2 offer letter keep Cyient as 2nd and if you have 10 offer letter keep Cyient as 10th option.

1. You have the work life-balance here. 2. You will get salary on-time.

1. Be careful when it comes to PF (While filling the form) at the time of joining because they never listen to you and provide you the new UAN No. besides you have the previous one and they don't support regarding any issue related to PF. 2. When you leave the job, the organization takes minimum 3 months to provide your resignation/relieving letter. So be careful about that. 3. Appraisal isn't up-to the mark. 4. I would suggest everyone that ask for the written statement for every announcements made by the manager/organization. Because they don't follow what he says. 5, They don't work on the global tools so you learnt nothing when you leave the organization.
