... good company for freshers and experience employee. Work culture is really good. Salary as per industry standard. Joining bonus is also there. Management is cooperative.

You will have Job security if not excepted for a salary hike Start listening to orders from Security at the entrance gate to your reporting manager and follow them.

...respect at the main gate. Forget you have a family and start becoming a slave. You will be having project spoc not to give subject knowledge they will make you learn how to pamper managers & contribute some part of your salary for his sake and bribes to your line manager. For the world, it is a good place to work but the truth is they will put some spoc's to fill your CSAT and company surveys.

If come and complete tasks assigned to you and leave the workspace will not give your carrier growth here. Have to pamper your manager for carrier growth and good hikes. The main point was here caste was first all are next.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

...any, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything.

No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.
