Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike is slow and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years completed and some personal problems I resign. Work heavy and overtime duties and also shifts problem to ladies.

no appriciation. no festival bonus. on festival, on the name of sweets, u will get diet mixture. Management always blames associate even when they wrong itself. HR are useless.

...you will saw they are new employee if you have not budget then how can you hire. Still It is 3 Month but company did not gave us our due salary and the Dongle bill, i worked on saturday and sunday but did not get extra payment yet.

Company did not pay all the salary on the time of FNF and still I am waiting for my due salary and the Dongle recharge bill. Just Think it is almost three 3 month but did not get the due salary yet. Even they not provide free transport they charged for transport

Well,first and foremost, I would say that company's overall reputation drew me in. I've been in gis field for almost 3 years and Cyient company has always been an industry leader in innovation. I've had few friends who were working here and they've always raved about the atmosphere of professionalism. I look forward to being in a place that continually demands excellence while still allowing a healthy and positive work environment

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 12 hours. I do receive appreciations emails from my TL's, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.
