I really disappointed with the salary its very low and my project don’t have work from home. There is no increment with the talent it’s dependent on experience

Cyient is now a complete service based company.So, if experienced you can get good package and less work.

There is no NPD in cyient now even though you're a design Engineer you'll be working in quality domain.

No culture, no management policy ,no matter what condition you are in, they don't care. They only do care about your hours to need to work.

No Growth in salary. It feels like ur growth is isolated. No support from Pune Office manager and HR.

...r, it's a little bit better to learn!! yes, job security good but no appraisals. if you want to enjoy then join, don't join if you want to grow yourself professionally and salary-wise. we have to work on Saturdays and holidays even it's off.

No appraisals especially(500 rupees per year), and a lot of partialities like gender and region-based, there is no career growth and no innovation facts,

... good for all like growth, abroad, skills, job security all should be good only one I don't like it's salary.

I dislike about salary. This like don't have an all projects,some projects we don't have an a increments r hike. Transport will charge.
