Be careful when it comes to PF (While filling the form) at the time of joining because they never listen to you and provide you the new UAN No. besides you have the previous one and they don't support regarding any issue related to PF. 2. When you leave the job, the organization takes minimum 3 months to provide your resignation/relieving letter. So be careful about that. 3. Appraisal isn't up-to the mark. 4. I would suggest everyone that ask for the written statement for every announcements made by the manager/organization. Because they don't follow what he says. 5, They don't work on the global tools so you learnt nothing when you leave the organization.

Some project managers and project leaders shows some partiality on promotions and other incentives,and some people dont have full knowledge of their projects,and their dont have perfect planning,and always doing 12 hours but as per company rules they have only 8.5hours only. if extra working hours continues their provide incentives but it will not implement properly.....

...uld complete the work on Saturdays too. They don't approve leaves if you needed. Based on the work the salary is very low, they will give you only 11k to 14k and it will not increase till one year. Work pressure will be more. The security gaurds will not be polite to the employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good
