Work culture inside Team manager Uday venkates Kodi & his all Projects. All mangers like freshers for telicom projects. They don't have live experience about Telecom industry that's why all project left from Cyient.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

No job security Company is about to bankrupt. Company is not having projects and putting employees on bench and then termination. If you have 2 offer letter keep Cyient as 2nd and if you have 10 offer letter keep Cyient as 10th option.

As service based company, you will get chance to work with multi domain and different clients. I am not able to give any insight about work culture at Cyient as I worked in client office. Managers are pretty chilled as long as there is billing and good feedback from client. Health insurance is good, it has option to add parents and inlaws as dependent for medical coverage by paying additional premium, which is good in my opinion.

...cation from Cyient except timesheet filling and leaves are taken in every month. No much career growth and compensation correction every year.

...t doesn't address the issues. Candidate skill set and is not important for them. They are looking for low package candidates. CMMI 5 standards only showcasing the clients to get the projects.
