Top level management is good but middle level is terrible. They just get stagnated, neither they update themselves nor they allow juniors to do so. Huge cafeteria, good ground to relax a bit are the positives.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities instead of performing well and certifications. Well known for its poor compensation structure. Insensible HR practices creates disputes among the associates

Salary compensation and hike is ver less. I can not plan my career growth No leadership only bossism Ideeas are not supported much Travel arrangements are poor Team work not emphasized much so everyone is busy at individual work 6 days working 9 hours a day Only 1 st and 2 nd Saturday leave

...tomer for even 1 week, you are asked to leave the company within a month's time. The compensation they provide during this time is also so bad.

No billing with customer means out of Cyient. I didn't like this policy.

They pay you pennies literally, even way lower than any labour class.

They don't follow any govt policies regarding basic salary package. Don't know how but try to join call center's instead of this company.

On time salary_ I know great companies pay on time. But this is the only great thing I can write about.

A very insensitive Hr culture. Below average hr workforce, seemingly unqualified and pathetic. As an employee, you can never get a listening ear.There were instances where most of us doubted the sanity of the Hr managers, senior managers and higher ups. These people have been there for decades. Probably they cannot go anywhere else; they will remain unemplyed if they leave Cyient.And I have tried to be as objective as possible in my comments. In advanced countries such people can be easily arrested and prosecuted for harassment but in India they roam scott free and earn their monthly salaries. Shame.
