No recognition for efforts, being a MNC management should not encourage their relatives/dearest to involve too much in work culture and not supposed to force employees to get things done in their favor. Work life balance terrible, one can not find time for their minimum personal needs.

Dislikes

...any, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything.

No job security, one day they will say to resign without any prior notice. Salary will be good but no job security. If anyone coming to cyient because of high package please don't come ,with two or three months you will be thrown out even if you are skilled also.
