As a research associate, I work in a research-focused setting, contributing across different stages of projects. My tasks involve conducting experiments, gathering and analyzing data, and aiding in waiting reports or papers. It's great that we have designated days off, 2nd and 4th of Saturdays of every month. This gives me the chance to plan shot trips with my family, allowing us to have some rejuvenating and quality time together. Also, I'm deeply thankful for the company's provision of five days of bereavement leave. I find it a caring approach towards employees tough and emotional times, and I appreciate it wholeheartedly.
