I was working in Cyclone Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. For 2 months with no salary there is no proper salary time and date when i joined this company I saw 13 employee leave this company majority of them was female employee the most terrible thing I saw was there is no security for female employees in this company the director of this company is not at all good, he misbehave with every female employee and keeps eye on them, all freshers and Trainee female employee has to sit in director's (boss/owner) cabin and manager push every single girl to the boss cabin, this man has 3 companies called NUTRA GLOBE, CYCLONE PHARMACEUTICAL PVT. LTD & GMP Software India Pvt. Ltd. If you get shortlisted in any of these companies please don't join, completely waste of time and money. Me personally was staying at PG coming 159 KM away from hometown, imagine you have booked flat and other things and you won't get salary for 2 months and suddenly you are told that your salary will be done in next month. One of my office colleague didn't get salary for 5 months you have to do work as per their requirement there is no proper work according to job description and education second thing there is meeting held for freshers girls in this company regarding dress code, literally they are told to wear CROP TOP this guidance is given by the manager, from earrings to dress code everything is guided by the manager and company has female manager. They only prefer unmarried and fresher girls for the job which is worst policy I saw, female cannot wear traditional dress in office. You have to do overtime office time is 09:30 to 06:30 some time you have to work till 08:00. This company claims that we have 700 active clients but reality is they have just 10 active clients. Recently this company lost their 2 client's on 05/AUG/2024. Please don't join any of this company CYCLONE PHARMACEUTICAL PVT. LTD., GMP SOFTWARE INDIA PVT. LYD., & NUTRA GLOBE just to remove you freshers tag there are many more companies in Viman Nagar, Pune.

The worst organisation, Don’t pay you at all. They delayed your salary to 2-3 months so that you can leave the job and he can save that money and enjoy with that money. So called director always verbally abused everyone don’t respect you at all and don’t respect your work

No safe place for female candidates, salary is not done on time and they should not give proper amount of salary,they ask to submit hard copies of original documents and if employee will resign from job then they didn't give them back upto 1 yr

Poorly managed company with no respect for employees. Salary payments are repeatedly delayed, and any inquiries about them are met with dismissive responses. No Saturday offs , and employees are sometimes required to work Sundays. The management team is aggressive and unhelpful, often issuing warnings instead of resolving issues. Job roles are not defined clearly, leading to employees being told unrelated tasks. A terrible place to grow or even sustain your career. Join at your own risk

... for 3 months as a software developer. Extremely disappointed with my time here. Salary delays or several months and employees are expected to work on weekends without compensation. Managers are strict issuing performance warnings for even small reasons. Not safe for female candidates as well, Join at your own risk.
