Too much work pressure Too much company politics No growth No job security Even a 12th pass can do this job not a big deal

The company doesn’t respect its employees There is a lot of politics and the management is not at all friendly Career growth is nil even a 12th pass candidate can do this job. The team leaders here are just graduate and doesn’t even know how to speak fluently in English. A bachelors in sociology is working in sales so imagine the quality of employees here. HR of the company is too much clingy pls donot join this company at any cost …
