Honestly, I can't think of anything. Their mission is interesting but they are not being genuine.

Dislikes

The employer does not pay stipends to lot of interns and hires interns exclusively for less stipend (peanuts) and makes them do advanced work and, he does not pay them stipends or gives excuses and cuts the stipend. I feel really bad for these interns becuase their first work experience should be enriching but instead they are getting duped. Also feel bad for students who are taking this course, their career oppurtunities are being handled be 19 yeard old college kids.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
