...borative workplace and more like a pressure cooker where toxic attitudes thrive. Salary? Let’s just say it's basically a myth here. Promotions? Only if you have the patience of a saint or the luck of winning a lottery. And even then, don’t count on fair recognition for your hard work. Managers seem to think 'motivating' employees means treating them like they don’t matter. Constructive feedback is rare; criticism, on the other hand, is generously handed out. Employees find themselves walking on eggshells, never quite knowing when a manager might lash out. Respect is something you have to bring with you – you certainly won’t find it here. The stress is constant, the support is absent, and any hope for career growth feels like a distant dream. It’s a place where ‘grind culture’ is taken to new extremes, with little reward at the end of it all."

The only good thing is learning. You have the resources as disposal. You can make mistakes as the job is not worth it.

Dislikes

...osing cybertech. There is absolute no job security as cheap labour is available. Cybertech will give you promotions but salary and incentives are very less. You will see your friends reach 10 lpa in the same time you will be stuck at 4lpa. Night shift will ruin your work life balance. Company has no policies whatever seems good for the higher ups is good. The management tries to get get into your personal life.

The only thing good about CyberTech is that you get a chance to work really closely with ESRI software.

...e one paid leave. Night shift. Call centre management. Very poor pay rise. Salary has many variable components.

Dislikes

The pay scale is too low. The attendance incentive from the salary is deducted if one takes even one PL. Holidays are mostly not approved. There is favouritism. The night shift is painful. The management is bad, trust me when I say that. There is a 2 years bond and you can’t break it even if you are ready to pay the bond amount. They take ones mark sheets and certificates and return only after bond is over.

Cybertech as an organisation is the best for freshers. It give opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge on all ESRI products which is very important in gis market.

Dislikes

Compensation and pay scale could be better.
