Favourism is at its peak.Just be a robot and do task that's it act dumb and its good to go. Good things is intern doing same work with less CTC which company likes. No skill up skin in the game,one things i learned how corporate should not work.

Skill Development is excellent. Learning Curve is very good here. If you love cybersecurity you will learn a lot but sometimes work load is more because of which you will get exhausted. SIEM tools and Integration , Fine tuning and from all the perspective of SOC you will learn good if you are a beginner .

Dislikes

No shift allowance for rotational Shifts (for night shift also no allowance) Very Small Office Space No Canteen and place to chill

Nothing to like compact space no proper ventilation feels suffocated, they really need to change office 😵‍💫!! Feels like Call center !! Team is only good thing almost all my team members lefts! Appraisal is not so good just salary on time.

Dislikes

The office has only one toilet, which is always occupied or unavailable causing inconvenience to employees all the time ! Micro management by cleaning staff for each thing !
