Overall Projects are Good & always work on new R&D devlopment projects, have good experience, as no repeat same work, always work on new challanging task, projects. Management Team also good. Work new technology.

Dislikes

Not like to highlight here, but some department like in controls doesn't have salary packages with respect overall industry/same profile & experience. Agreed upon key persons have good package, but think on supporting team also plays an important role. Hope so, think on same. That things will be corrected in current year. Maintain equality is an important.

They make work employees like a donkey. There is a fixed time to come but u will not know when u will go back to home. I experienced Peoples working there for many years are not satisfied with anything.just they are working because they are not confident where they will get another job related to their skills. Their lifes are miserable.

Dislikes

No fixed time for working. Too much politics within departments. Very less salary pay

Please don’t join this company. If you want to work more than 11-12 hours then join this company, company changes policies every time, they have also cancelled saturday holiday and other holidays too on the name of work load, they exert pressure on employee, work life imbalance.

Cybernetik Unit 1 is good place to work I was experienced . I wanted to be there but I wanted some chamges after 12+ years of my journey in Cybernetik. Overall rating is 10 out of 10
