Forced sixth day, shift extension,Low salary and appraisal amount. 11:45 shift and along with that they will be forced to do extra day. Planned leave will be cancelled due to low head counts or lean staffing

Likes: The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily adopts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a part of a process-centric team that ethically caters to a huge client base. 

Dislikes

Dislikes: Due to bulk hiring, incompetence gets overlooked. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow. Innovative ideas and suggestions get dampened easily. Teammates are not that helpful so vulnerable candidates

Likes

CSS is a good place for beginners who would like to learn. They have lot to learn and get great deal of exposure to all products across different platforms. Teammates are good. Few departments have onsite opportunities also.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and preference is given to local guys for everything. Growth/promotions also depends mostly if you are local or not. You will have job only till you a valid client billing, once that is over you can pack your bag.
