Hiring and firing culture. All depends upon your manager. Notice period of one month due to a reason. No promotion, no recognition, no hikes. Even promised bonus is also a gimmick, everything will say based on performance. Only one person decides your performance. No learning and extended working hours every day.

It start at the top you can not put bad leader in position of responsibility and expect to have a good culture. Leadership is a part of a culture with bad leadership you have a bad culture. My two years here and my leadership team has changed three times. This is far from a great culture.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
