I would like to share my experience with this company. While I prefer to keep this review constructive, it reflects the reality many of us face here. The workplace often feels less like a professional organization and more like a rigid, school-like environment. Micromanagement is the norm, and employees are treated as if they cannot be trusted. Favoritism and internal politics dominate, with Telugu-speaking employees receiving preferential treatment in terms of career growth, support, and opportunities. For others, the path feels obstructed and isolating. The biggest issue lies with the Telugu manager, whose influence shapes the entire office culture. Her blatant bias toward Telugu-speaking individuals, especially men, has turned the workplace into a toxic environment. Her decisions are final, and even senior leadership, including the MD, seems to rely entirely on her voice. This unchecked power fuels favoritism and hampers fairness. Work-life balance is another major concern. Employees are expected to prioritize work over personal commitments, and requests for leaves are often met with resistance. Many of us feel overburdened and undervalued, treated more like subordinates than professionals. Spocs and leads or not leaving us in the actual working hours they are expecting as to work more than 12 hours they won't leave us in the 8 hours on 9 hours. To potential new hires, especially those who are not Telugu-speaking: think carefully before joining. If you’re Telugu, your experience might be different, as you’ll find ample support. But for others, the environment is far from inclusive or welcoming. If non Telugu please be ready for facing these office politics. That said, I still believe this organization has the potential to create a better culture if these deeply ingrained issues are addressed. I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and fosters a workplace where all employees feel respected, valued, and supported—irrespective of language, region, or background.

Work culture will be too bad.if u say some criticism about work culture they won't take it in a constructive way.Especially if they target someone (manager and leads(not all leads))will portray you as bad worker to MD.And one more thing I don't know why HR is involving in project delivery .Their daily target will be unattainable.
