They delayed salary more than 3 months.Moreover, they don't give an experience letter whenever an employee wants to leave the company instead they wants an employee to sign the contract for not going in competitor's company.

There's nothing much really to like about the place. They have a small office and too many people crammed inaide.

Dislikes

Politics and unfair treatment of new trainees. They have an incentive system but the important people to contact have already been taken by the CFO team leader. People were generally supportive of new joiners bit the team I was assigned to (CFO) had one of the worst team leader. They don't get satisfied with even an entire day's work and keeps throwing tantrums and looks visibly frustrated with me. Stealing my people didn't help much either, since responses from the important people will count towards my incentive. But my own team leader stole my people. If that's a sign of how things would be, I jumped ship before it goes down with others. Also, somehow sleeping in the job, watching cricket matched on phones was allowed to other employees and team leaders, but I never did do. Still i was treated badly and unjustly. They never compensate for gas expenses so be sure you live close to the office. Unfair treatment with new employees is what made me think about my future at that place made me quit that job and I haven't looked back ever again. I would suggest others to not join CXO Sync as they hire just about anyone who has an engineering degree and put them in sales, which was basically what everyone did everyday. Business Research Associate is just for namesake.
