...orking -management do not look after for employees -Incentive system is worst Overall working here is not suggested because people who work here are unprofessional they wont pay your FNF amount this much greedy organization is this like.

Worst company to work , as there is no growth , if you ask for salary increments , they will ask you to leave the company instead of increments.

Dislikes

People are sometimes given the opportunity to be SME , team lead but this is also a game of the management , because they know if they hire someone from outside they will charge so much , so they give these posts to the old employees but without even any extra remuneration.

Some seniors are good to work with but due to partial behavior they also resign and join somewhere else

One year ago this company is doing everything great but now there one manager is doing partiality with the people . He made the whole enviorment too much toxic to work. Don't join this company under One manager named Bonny. He threaten on notice period people to revook their resign otherwise he provide wrong/bad feedback about the person . He manages to tackle all the higher management thats why he is doing these things.

One of the best thing is the management is very supportive and if you have the capability they will always support you.

Dislikes

Management is very supportive however some of the executive will bully you but if you have the patience and if you have the power to not distract with your path this will never effect your performance. Personally I want say just give your best nothing is bad here if your performaning good you will have a good Carrier.☺️☺️

Overall I work with CXC infotech for 1year . I had very average support from management . The massive changes after 3 months in being their as you have to work for different different processes didn't cleared what to do or where to concentrate and their no clarification from your manager either you work good or not . Nothing can be came to discussions between you and your team leader. Just sudden responsibility comes and you have to deal with them without guidence. This is something I found their terrible.
