Employee concerns are completely ignored by HR and management, leading to a lack of work-life balance. The high attrition rate speaks for itself, as most employees leave within a few months due to dissatisfaction with the company’s policies and culture. Overall, CXC Infotech is not a good place to work, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stability, growth, or a healthy work environment.

People are sometimes given the opportunity to be SME , team lead but this is also a game of the management , because they know if they hire someone from outside they will charge so much , so they give these posts to the old employees but without even any extra remuneration.

Company Culture is Good . These is no time boundations work . It's only applies on bussy season 😊 . After bussy season if you wanted a leave . They will approve you . Your work life will balance ⚖️ .

I'm working since 2021 , CXC is good for Women, Married' Women's because they're minimum salary is 15k without PF ( if you open pf accounts than both employees and Employer amount will deduct from your Salary . Company not giving you any fund to your pf account) . These is no good hike 😞 . I remember in UBA process some boy's got only 2% of hike in July . CXC hold the increment of there employees after June and July they will give you increment . They know employees are going to leave in March that's why 😞. Main thing is they will kick you out after bussy season ( After Feb ) . There is no Job security until you suck( tail Chalti ) some SME or Manager or Some time your work or Skill will save your Job . If you wanted to get some US Healthcare express Just come here for 6-8 months.

Some seniors are good to work with but due to partial behavior they also resign and join somewhere else

Dislikes

One year ago this company is doing everything great but now there one manager is doing partiality with the people . He made the whole enviorment too much toxic to work. Don't join this company under One manager named Bonny. He threaten on notice period people to revook their resign otherwise he provide wrong/bad feedback about the person . He manages to tackle all the higher management thats why he is doing these things.
