Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value an individuals'unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciations emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

I have worked for 3years 9months. The company was good before covid. After that it went down the drain. Cwt India

Dislikes

...urting comments. Even if u complaint to HR, the HR supports the management only. And many people lost their jobs and we're in half salary even after the situation was good. Where the higher management didn't deduct a bit.

People here are okay okay types. Earlier the management was better and things were good. Carlson had a name in the market, also used to pay good salary but since last 5years the salary hike has stopped and growth is terrible. If I leave this organisation, I would never return...
