It's one of the oldest travel company and its good in work culture as well. People on higher aur similar level both are supportive.

I have worked for 3years 9months. The company was good before covid. After that it went down the drain. Cwt India

Dislikes

...urting comments. Even if u complaint to HR, the HR supports the management only. And many people lost their jobs and we're in half salary even after the situation was good. Where the higher management didn't deduct a bit.

No personal growth. Many staffs are working on the same post for years and years. For Internal growth vacancies preference given to outsiders more. Increment dissatisfactory.

People here are okay okay types. Earlier the management was better and things were good. Carlson had a name in the market, also used to pay good salary but since last 5years the salary hike has stopped and growth is terrible. If I leave this organisation, I would never return...

Am I getting paid enough?
I have almost 6 years of experience in the travel domain. Recently joined Easemytrip and they have offered me 8.5LPA for Product Manager. However seeing the work here I feel like I'm underpaid for this job. Kindly suggest if I should stick to it or move to a higher paying organisation.
