Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

I have worked for 3years 9months. The company was good before covid. After that it went down the drain. Cwt India

Dislikes

...urting comments. Even if u complaint to HR, the HR supports the management only. And many people lost their jobs and we're in half salary even after the situation was good. Where the higher management didn't deduct a bit.

People here are okay okay types. Earlier the management was better and things were good. Carlson had a name in the market, also used to pay good salary but since last 5years the salary hike has stopped and growth is terrible. If I leave this organisation, I would never return...
