CVTE is having an open culture, team is very frank and there are many opportunities to lead projects and network within the industry.

Dislikes

HR system is not great, infact there is none. It is a start up and any individuals deciding to work here should drive and take intitiatives to make them...but the management is centralized outside India and the approval system is long.

CVTE has a good work culture, they care for the employees and support them. Through COVID-19, they kept supporting employees like the regular days withou any lay offs. The management is very young and understanding.

Dislikes

No benefits. Would higly recommend for sales and marketing roles but not for technical roles as learning is quite stagnant in 2yrs, no training programs and working is slow. If you're energetic young chap, good place to get bored. Growth is also okayish, not impressive as promised.
