I am somebody who has more than 11+ years of experience in total and have worked with big brands like HCL, Barclays and have submitted the same educational certificates which I submitted with Cvent, however, as per them my documents are FAKE. To join Cvent, I left my job from my last org. where I was working happily for 6+ years. I joined Cvent, they did the BGV post my joining and found after three weeks that I submitted fake documents (Funny it is). Now for the past three months I have been unemployed as I have been trying to find a Good company to join. I was also told by the recruiter initially that it will be Hybrid, but surprise was there. 5 days work from office which means traveling 100+ KM everyday. Post joining Cvent and when we started meeting the employees there (Managers and Sr. manager) we also got to know that our job is not safe there, we can be fired anytime if we do not clear the assessment. Again, this was not told by the recruiter initially. Thank you Cvent for not being helpful with me.

The management is absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. People with no talent and skills keep on getting opportunities because they mingle with the managers wherein people with skills are not given a chance. The director and managers have no idea what they are doing and lack basic professional skills.

Everything but salary. Management is the worse here. No work life balance.most of the employess do not know anything about the product and are unskilled. Just drawing salary for attending and scheduling meetings. Promotions are based on tenure and not on performance. They focus on timesheets more than they do on the work that has to be done.

There are people who are sitting permanently and they are running the whole organization, everyone is licking or buttering the management to secure their jobs. These people can't accept that they are getting backdated and should accept new skilled people with their own ideas and paths. They keep on poking those who are doing very well without their assistance. Full pf negativity.
