Too much politics, the owner is delusional. She will try to bend the rules according to her liking, have been working from past 9 months and haven't got appointment letter, she doesn't want anyone taking an off, doesn't want to pay staff for overtime, people are required to work extra time and have to be available even if they are on off. I was terminated because I was not able to go for work because of medical issue of a family member, whom I have to take care of, so they straight away terminated me as the owner says that she can get any person she wants if she is paying, for her everyone has a price. I was required to work for her pathetic vlogs which she doesn't even pay extra for, with all the work for the clinic. She thinks everyone can be sold and doesn't bother about people. She wants a person who can do everything for less money and make that person utilise as much as possible so that the person on their own resign the work. Please stay away from this place if you want keep your sanity, Especially content producers it's not worth it.

Working in the Cutis Skin Solutions LLP, Andheri west , veera desai rd, opposite country club , Mumbai has been a regrettable experience the purported work life balance is facade , employees are expected to forfeit personal time for the company's not even so important task. Job security is a myth given that the Employer is allergic to Indians as he says 'bloody Indians' to his staff frequently this makes the work culture toxic for the employee. It is harassment to the people and non adherence to the company policy makes the matter worse. Additionally the company doesn't give holidays even on national holidays which escalates to not giving holidays for medical conditions. Worst place to be employed.
