Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Work culture was good, satisfactory management, Owner was very cooperative as to work, good opportunity for training.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Job was never secure during slow down. I was laid off before Lockdown in Mar, 2020 and No Support in Lockdown from the company in any manner. Work pressure was there.
