Starting from the day one HR person try to show off you the best working place but actually it completely different. HR person not able to do proper Induction and Training on board . Your work life balance completely depends on Client, Increment/appraisal policy can be changed every month , no innovation, full of non helping people around you especially HR people. HR person is the face of company but they behave rude and not aware of company policy.

Complicated HR policy and salary,compensation and increment.

...omotion. 3-4% hike will be given at maximum which is half of the inflation rate. They will charge 2-3times of your salary to the client still not gonna give hike.

Likes

1) I had good opportunity to work under a good management which use to take care of employees. 2) I had a free hand in working. 3) I was always challenged with new task, with a step ahead from my position, that help me groom into position I did.

Dislikes

1) Salary was at low side. 2) Management keeps changing. 3) Increment is at low side.

Overall company is good in terms of paying salaries to employees, and working culture is good

Dislikes

Salary hikes and jib security is what we need to think off. Security is good once projects are in hand or else need to think about it

Transport arrangements for projects & timely salary being credited.

Dislikes

Poor administrative control from Management to support team. Client driven approach makes the team powerless. Hence value addition becomes very difficult.
