Job Security in C&W is 100% and most of people are working since long. Company also recognizes the long service working people

...d supporting for work safety. Team mate all supportive . Company policy is best. Company salary provided time to time and bonus every year.As far as I understand that different side leads have different personal behavior but on an average the company is good.

This is a very good company, But the company does not promote employees, one of the reasons is the feedback of side leads, the increase in honorarium the company is not able to do every year according to inflation.

... meeting my 3x requirement..can me checked with my other team mate separately..my salary was cut which I never got back..I requested him, this is covid time don’t take my job and I have family which is depend upon me..he just said only he have done the transaction and I didn’t do anything..same on him & C&W too

My Manager forced me to leave my job In covid time..even though I hv completed my target can be checked from my clients (BPTP & Godrej) & my team mates too, revenue was 4.5 Cr. My name is also available on public domain for concluding this transaction

Somethings are good in company, like compensation, perks, bonus Etc, However Job life balance , growth etc depends upon the Vertical and PnL Head under which you are working. I was slight Unlucky in this case

For project Management Employees there is no time defined working at site, Personal life is totally at stake while working for Bigger Clients with aggressive timelines. on top of that our Department or PnL heads are also driven by Client, which sometimes or say everytime hurts while working with such Reputed MNC. They can relocate you anywhere they want based on their business targets irrespective of your personal preferences. Gurgaon is just your Zone in ID card. Belive me while working for Greenfield or Brownfield project you will visit ofc or see a white collar job once in a blue moon only.
