The work is more and people are less. Due to less compensation as compared to market the attrition rate is high. Overall the learning is really good. Work life balance is good till people are there to manage work. It's strict 5 days working. I have never worked on weekends.

Site based job, no perks, no travel allowance, less salary, job location will be in expensive cities only, no food options at office, no gym in office, poor parking facilities, no play zone

...omotion. 3-4% hike will be given at maximum which is half of the inflation rate. They will charge 2-3times of your salary to the client still not gonna give hike.

Cushman & Wakefield is a Good organization but the Senior Managers are Poor Knowledge & toale them understand will be very tough & small minded fellows

6 days working with an average of 10 hours per day easily. There are also instances where Sundays are not off. The entire work culture runs on cascading down unachievable timelines to deliverables, crazy workload and shifting blame. The problems start from clients' unrealistic expectations which are poorly managed by the business leaders due to lack of any real leverage in terms of value or quality of senior resources, ultimately leading to shifting of burden and blame to middle and junior roles.
