The work-life balance was good. The company also gave good compensation but no additional benefits.

Dislikes

The company started laying off people without any notice. A lot of internal politics went on, our manager was laid off and then, our whole team was dissolved on the very day. Curejoy provided only 1 month's compensation after the mass lay-off, retaining only a few freshers. The work environment is very dull and there is no innovation. The management is completely opaque; there is no transparency on the situation the company is going through, which is why a mass lay-off happened in the company in 3 sets until we were there. There must have been more lay-offs.

Likes

Growing the business of customers is prime objective and hence the culture of the organization is built towards high pace growth. Founders vision is also clear and they channelize energies towards the same.

Need to focus on development of skills across all depertments

How muchch effort you put, you won't get any appreciation from company only your manager will be credited. If something goes wrong you will be punished or fired your manager will be safe
