The work-life balance was good. The company also gave good compensation but no additional benefits.

Dislikes

The company started laying off people without any notice. A lot of internal politics went on, our manager was laid off and then, our whole team was dissolved on the very day. Curejoy provided only 1 month's compensation after the mass lay-off, retaining only a few freshers. The work environment is very dull and there is no innovation. The management is completely opaque; there is no transparency on the situation the company is going through, which is why a mass lay-off happened in the company in 3 sets until we were there. There must have been more lay-offs....Read More
