Nothing was good in cult regarding to salary career growth job security environment.

Everything team leader are totally unprofessional and unethical. Get involve into personal stuffs and starts gossiping about the same throughout entire floor. No leaves provided expect us to work all 7 days by providing fake promises which will compensated and later nothing happens and have to fight for the same to avail our own leaves. Team leaders once they see our extra perks starts demanding for our hard earn money in order to provide extra leads.

Absolutely nothing. The only good thing is that they take anyone and everyone who doesn't even know basic English language and hire them thus lowering the standards of cult

It's horrible. No work life balance. Cost cutting everywhere especially incentives. 0 motivation for managers to work and sell. Treat us like animals

Salary is so poor No appraisal after working so hard company is top 1 in india in terms of fitness earning huge & treating their trainers like servant The one who will join cult will never come back as a trainer So if u are an artist you cannot survive here because of their double standards & small mindset

...ay daily for not completing your target for not completing your ratings and all. No salary. Salary is too less too less according to your work. Also with that you will be according to if you keep consideration of your work and we compare your salary, it would be too less. You have to do a work of rupees 2 lakh per month and you'll be getting salary of 20-25,000 per month. The upper management and your managers keep threatening you that you will be fired if you won't be able to complete your target within every 3 months right and which is not completely in your hand. If you will try your fullest then also if unfortunately it won't become true or informed come as possible to complete your target. You will be threatened timely. Is this more likely of mental torture that you won't be able to handle long period of time? Nobody stays here most of the time most of the employees as being a cult employee. Most of the employees leave the company within a year or those whoever sticks in the company for 2 to 3 years are morally involved into politics and all. That's just what I wanted to say.

At the beginning it was all okay till few months. I dont work for salary i just work for incentive. I do earn good sometimes.

Dislikes

Forget about you mental health and work life balance. No proper leave. Alot of politics. Managers will only like the one who butters and if u earn more than them forget your peace.
