Nothing was good in cult regarding to salary career growth job security environment.

Dislikes

Everything team leader are totally unprofessional and unethical. Get involve into personal stuffs and starts gossiping about the same throughout entire floor. No leaves provided expect us to work all 7 days by providing fake promises which will compensated and later nothing happens and have to fight for the same to avail our own leaves. Team leaders once they see our extra perks starts demanding for our hard earn money in order to provide extra leads.

It’s a good place to work, if you’re not in the customer experience department!

If you’re not working for curefit payroll, better to stay out. The discrimination in terms of pay and benefits is unimaginable!

Working environment, timings, dress code, salary on time

Dislikes

Facility team works little slow need to gear up. And some centre managers having ego, attitude problem they don't know how to talk with there colleagues.

Good work life balance, heavy office politics, undeserving employees will be pushed for promotion if he will be a lap dog to the cluster manager.

Dislikes

No scope of promotion, pathetic appraisals, extremely poor compensation. No planning of work structure.

Cult is been a very kind company and been a great support for employees. They did pay us for full month where we worked for14 days and we were also paid basic pay for 1 month without any work. We are on LOP now, but still the company is providing engagement programs and offering welfare fund for the needy employees. I'm happy to be part of Cult, though I'm looking for an opportunity and I'm not getting any, this help from the company means a lot to us in this pandemic and motivates us to be part of them for their employee policies.

Dislikes

We would like to get updates of the company and their new projects,new schemes and other activities from the company itself to us rather than getting it from customers.
