First company of my life, so I am very much satisfied about the interaction with the all quality leaders and the responsibilities given to me. It helps me to became more confident and one responsible person at such a small age.

Dislikes

I heard that from now company has stopped giving dresses to their employees and as well as over time salary which is little bit disappointing for employees.

Nothing. Just salary comes in time. That's it.

Dislikes

They don't do whatever they say. No creche for female employees. 0 rating given, no place available, u have to go whereever they say joining after maternity leave. No WFH during pregnancy during lockdown. Forced to come to during lock down after submitting doctor prescription of not traveling outside during covid. No financial support during pregnancy as I was on LWP due to unavailability of transportation during lockdown. Just shouts diversity, skill development but nothing short happened with me. Also HR is only for company they don't care about employees.

Good work enviroment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming acrade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adderess our issues salary is decent but carear growth is slow

Company policies, Culture and environment is awesome where safety of employee is on priority.Diversity, inclusion, discrimination etc is well understand and follow law everywhere. Learning experience is upto the market requirements,in short after working in Cummins,one can proudly say I am Cummins Engineer.

... quite hard,means you have to leave your family for unknown time and live alone.No bond is there in Cummins,salary is quite enough but low from other same industry.

...ng in Cummins is the only dream for me when I worked to them as a subcontractor. Salary and accomodation and various government sectors they worked so far.

Politics among all the department, ground level workers are puppet to them to play their game
