Cultural Research Institute is a GoWB run institution, under the Department of Backwards Class Welfare and the Department of Tribal Development. It has a rich history of conducting research work among various communities across the state. Throughout years of public service, the institute has produced voluminous work over variety of issues related to socioeconomic indicators, cultural practices and values, public policy framework and implementation, financial policy and popular feedback, public administration's function and Devolution of Development, etc,. etc. These works sufficed the policy making paradigm of the state government and helped the NGO's functioning in related field to devise their strategis accordingly. I was involved in one of such work and learnt a few instrumental skills and gathered some necessary knowledge, which has proven detrimental in my career objectives.

Dislikes

The essential drawback of any government run institute is a lack of professional fervour. What I meant to convey is; Decision making procedure is time consuming, lacks some instinctive approaches which the corporate model of institution management has developed over the years. This is the major drawback. Other issues are negligible and can be worked out.

The cultural research institute is a good for research based on anthropology and health.project based work are manly done .

Dislikes

All about teammates are very helpful at the time of data collection to result submit. Salary packages are different for different post but payment timely.
