- The boss really toxic and doesn’t know how to talk to help employees at all. - All she does is scream on you for everything little thing - there is no timing of work whatsoever she just wants things done she don’t care if you have to work till late night. - even if you are a new employee she expects you to know everything about the brands the company is working with that’s some serious level of toxicity.

The only thing which is good about the company is the employee, they become friends maybe because of the trauma bonding, other than that nothing is good about cultreboat

The Boss is so toxic, their is no work management, she screams from Kidney, she is as loud as much anyone can be, the only thing which is not good is The boss.

For a startup the security and benefits were good also the work culture has a modern day approach which is very healthy and upfront in dealing with all kinds of feedbacks to ensure benefits for all.

Dislikes

Not any cons I guess creative fields require certain amounts of time to be put up that might result in long working hours but that is just because our work is like that. Still it's taken care that we remain stress free and get proper breaks and intervals in between work.
